Lives and works in Brooklyn, New York

This work is part of a multidisciplinary exploration of Art’s impression on how we perceive and understand reality. The past few years have meditated on the concept of paradise, and the romanticization and re-representation of landscape, location, and nature. More recently, this has branched into an examination of our relationship to dogs, both intimate and social, as well as cultural and representational. With poetic and critical observations of this dynamic, we address the allegory to man’s relationship to self, government, and society; imposing root questions to what is love? Service? Care? Ownership? Punishment? Freedom?
