The work focuses on minimal photography that highlights shape, design, and dimension. The images are meant to be subjective, creating a visual experiences that leave interpretation to the viewers. These images are usually created from locations that may be considered mundane or dull, and are often looked past.
About the Artist
Dorrell Bradford, an Arizona native, graduated with a B.S. in Sociology from ASU in 2012. In 2013, he moved to spend four years in NYC to work with his wife on various photo and video projects in fashion. Before returning to Arizona, he worked with Milk Studios NYC. Rental Magazine featured a photo excerpt of the series “Bisbee A Family Vacation”, later released as a photo zine. Minimal Zine featured his ongoing “Corner” series in their 2018 publication. In 2020, he’s releasing The Book of Corners and an Arizona desert series.
