Lives and works in Brooklyn, New York
—
Working with organic forms in a bright color pallet I hope to access the invisible and create excitment between eye/mind/spirit. Pushing my art into new terrain to create a language that is abstract and uplifting. My drawings are stream of consciousness, an extension of thinking, referencing cellular, cosmic and human forms. Networks of marks morph into the swells and inlets of the primordial soup. All an index of moves, teeming with detail and familiar shapes. They are deliberately ambiguous to make subliminal connections. Hopefully, my work is playful, vibrant and offering spatial jokes that speak to the impluses for making art.
